● Membership to the private “Being at Peace with Food” website that includes a forum, each video lecture, and video yoga practices for support, questions, and community.
● 5 weeks of straightforward guidance and inspiration in every session. You will not complete this course without getting your personal questions answered.
● We do practice yoga and meditation (under an hour generally) and then meditate and repeat reaffirming mantras that help you make peace with your body and past experiences, our tools and resources will you to move toward your ideal weight in a sustainable way.
